Monthly Plan, Billing , Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Dental Intelligence charges and collects in advance for use of our software, online application/subscription service. All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer provides billing information, Dental Intelligence will charge the implementation fee and first payment due on signing and thereafter on that same day monthly. For example, if you signed up on the 20th of the month on our monthly subscription plan, Dental Intelligence will bill you for your implementation charge and the first month’s subscription on that day, and then bill you for the subscription service on the 20th of each subsequent month. Your billing cycle runs on the 20th of every month thereafter until cancelled. Customers can cancel with 30 days’ notice by sending an email to billing@dentalintel.com. It would be appreciated if your email includes suggestions and details of how we can improve. ​ Once your cancellation email is received, an account manager will reach out to the subscription owner to finalize the off-boarding process.

Important: No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters or years of service will be provided to a customer upon cancellation.

Yearly & Multi Year Plan(s), Billing , Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Dental Intelligence charges and collects in advance for use of our software, online application/subscription service. All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer provides billing information, Dental Intelligence will charge the implementation fee and first payment due on signing and thereafter on that same day each month for the period of the plan. For example, if you signed up on the 20th of the month on our yearly subscription plan, Dental Intelligence will bill you for your implementation charge and the first month’s subscription on that day and then bill you for the subscription service on the 20th of each subsequent month. Your billing cycle runs on the 20th of every month thereafter. This subscription plan will automatically renew for an additional 12 month period. In order to cancel, Dental Intelligence must receive written notification at least 30 days prior to the automatic renewal. Cancellation prior to the end of the contract period will result in a cancellation fee equal to the balance remaining on the plan. Customers can cancel with 30 days’ notice by sending an email to billing@dentalintel.com. , It would be appreciated if your email includes suggestions and details of how we can improve.
